Traceable evidence
Every task links to its source, such as the spot in the dictation with audio playback. Recording whole meetings is offered only to selected companies that we enable individually, and only if everyone present consents; if anyone declines, nothing is recorded. Your company obtains the consent and informs the participants and, where needed, the works council. The transcript is made with an open-source speech model on the Gewerkton server or on your company's own systems; the audio goes to no external speech service and no AI provider.

The Gewerkton app for iPhone (beta via TestFlight) and Android (test version) captures defects, photos and dictation offline in an encrypted database on the device and syncs later, with its own view for conflicts. On iPhones with LiDAR, a room is scanned with Apple RoomPlan. The app speaks German and English, the web app 13 interface languages (11 of them machine-translated drafts), and content works in 40 languages.

Schedule control from the site, not schedule authoring
Planning stays in MS Project or a similar tool. Gewerkton Field imports the schedule as MS Project XML, shows a dry run first and keeps the original file as evidence. It calculates the critical path itself, with working days and holidays, and links open defects to activities. A documented obstruction, for example from weather, becomes a calculated proposal of how following activities and milestones shift, with a PDF for site management. You ask what-if questions in your own words: the AI turns them into an assumption, you confirm it, then Gewerkton calculates the new sequence. The milestone forecast shows the inputs it works from.
Does Gewerkton replace MS Project? No. Nobody creates activities or moves bars in Gewerkton, and nothing is written back to MS Project. Gewerkton checks the plan against what really happens on site and documents the consequences.

In the beta, Gewerkton uses NVIDIA (USA) as the operator's AI provider, for personal data only with consent; plan data goes there only after the site manager confirms that the people named in the title block have consented. Meetings and dictations go there only with the consent of the company and the participants, with names replaced first. Organisations can instead use their own key with one of 14 providers, including EU options such as Mistral. Switching stays a setting. With your own key, each region chooses AI hosted in a country it trusts, for example Chinese models such as Qwen or DeepSeek for customers in China.
