Before a layer is closed, Field asks for the photo. Whatever disappears behind plaster, screed or ceiling is documented beforehand.
Studio · Five ways to a model, none of them CAD Built
Trace it over, scan the old plan, photograph the hand sketch, scan the room with an iPhone, load the surveyor's point cloud. Whatever is recognised automatically arrives on screen as a proposal to check, not as finished truth.
Cloud · Deadlines that keep counting Built
On site a deadline is rarely a fixed date: if a defect is put right, it starts again, if it is negotiated, it stands still. Cloud keeps that course per defect and names the working days left, with weekends and company holidays already taken out.
Archive · Frozen, without exception Built
An archived project can no longer be changed, deleted or added to afterwards: not by your own admin and not by us as the provider. Once a year the archive recalculates every checksum and files the result with a timestamp.
Operations · Inspection before the deadline Built
For every warranty period taken over, Operations calculates an inspection date some weeks before it ends and proposes it. If it falls on a weekend, it moves. People walk the building and decide.

The Gewerkton app for iPhone (beta via TestFlight) and Android (test version) captures defects, photos and dictation offline in an encrypted database on the device and syncs later, with its own view for conflicts. On iPhones with LiDAR, a room is scanned with Apple RoomPlan. The app speaks German and English, the web app 13 interface languages (11 of them machine-translated drafts), and content works in 40 languages.

In the beta, Gewerkton uses NVIDIA (USA) as the operator's AI provider, for personal data only with consent; plan data goes there only after the site manager confirms that the people named in the title block have consented. Meetings and dictations go there only with the consent of the company and the participants, with names replaced first. Organisations can instead use their own key with one of 14 providers, including EU options such as Mistral. Switching stays a setting. With your own key, each region chooses AI hosted in a country it trusts, for example Chinese models such as Qwen or DeepSeek for customers in China.
