Gewerkton-Konto löschen

Sie können die Löschung Ihres Gewerkton-Kontos jederzeit verlangen. Das gilt für die Web-App unter dev.gewerkton.com und für die Gewerkton-App für iPhone und Android; beide nutzen dasselbe Konto.

So geht es

  1. Schreiben Sie von der E-Mail-Adresse Ihres Kontos an contact@gewerkton.com, Betreff „Konto löschen“.
  2. Wir bestätigen den Eingang und prüfen, dass die Anfrage vom Inhaber des Kontos kommt.
  3. Wir beenden Ihren Zugang, also alle Anmeldungen in Web-App und App, und löschen Ihre Kontodaten: Name, E-Mail-Adresse, Anmeldedaten und persönliche Einstellungen. Das erledigen wir innerhalb eines Monats und bestätigen es Ihnen per E-Mail.

Einen Lösch-Knopf in der App oder der Web-App gibt es in der Beta noch nicht; die Löschung läuft über diese E-Mail.

Was mit Projektdaten passiert

Mängel, Fotos, Berichte und andere Einträge, die Sie für eine Organisation in deren Projekten angelegt haben, gehören zur Baudokumentation dieser Organisation. Über sie entscheidet die Organisation; gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten können gelten. In der Beweiskette kann Ihr Name als Verfasser eines Eintrags stehen bleiben.

Beendet eine ganze Organisation die Nutzung, wird ihr Zugang sofort gesperrt, sie kann einen vollständigen Export erhalten, und nach einer vereinbarten Aufbewahrungsfrist (standardmäßig 30 Tage) werden ihre Daten gelöscht.

Daten auf Ihrem Gerät löschen Sie, indem Sie die App deinstallieren. Tägliche Datensicherungen auf dem Server werden nach 14 Tagen überschrieben.

Delete your Gewerkton account

You can ask for your Gewerkton account to be deleted at any time. This covers the web app at dev.gewerkton.com and the Gewerkton app for iPhone and Android; both use the same account.

How it works

  1. Write from the email address of your account to contact@gewerkton.com with the subject “Delete my account”.
  2. We confirm receipt and check that the request comes from the account holder.
  3. We end your access, that is every sign-in in the web app and the app, and delete your account data: name, email address, sign-in data and personal settings. We do this within one month and confirm it to you by email.

During the beta there is no delete button in the app or the web app yet; deletion runs through this email.

What happens to project data

Defects, photos, reports and other entries you created for an organisation in its projects belong to that organisation's construction documentation. The organisation decides about them; statutory retention duties may apply. Your name can remain in the evidence chain as the author of an entry.

If a whole organisation stops using Gewerkton, its access is locked at once, it can receive a full export, and its data is deleted after an agreed retention period (30 days by default).

To delete data on your device, uninstall the app. Daily server backups are overwritten after 14 days.
